Paul grew up in Essendon with his family before settling in Ascot Vale.
Paul is a well known local identity in the Moonee Ponds area having
successfully operated his own business for some years prior to joining our company. He is also a respected member of the sporting community
having played and coached in the Essendon District Football League for over 25 years.
Paul brings a strong business acumen and a wealth of experience in the corporate sector to our organisation after 10 years of senior sales roles at both State and National level. Applying his business skills to real estate has been a natural progression and in a short time has built a large and loyal client base.

Hi Paul
It seemed a bit strange this week without our daily two or three calls!
Now that the dust has settled, I just wanted to write a brief note to say thank you for all your efforts with Mary Street.
Your organisation of the various people involved in the preparation of the building was excellent and set us off to a good start.
The campaign worked well with an excellent response from the internet and open for inspections securing four interested parties who all made several site visits.
So, naturally, it was terribly disappointing when no interest was shown at the auction.
This probably reflected a changing market but was still somewhat mystifying.
However, your enthusiasm, professionalism and determination in finding the right buyer resulted in a good sale a bit over a week later. That was an excellent result in what is really a tough market and I am very grateful.
Thank you once again for all your efforts and I have no hesitation at all in recommending you and the team at Marston & Cook to other prospective vendors.
